01Do I need a CubeOS phone to get a Cubeline?
No. Cube App on iPhone, Windows, macOS or Linux gives you a 09 line. Lines that start with 28 belong to CubeOS phones.
Cubeline02What happens if I lose my phone?
Your Cubeline lives on chain and is held by your thirteen-word private key. Sign in on a new phone with your Cubeline, password and key, and Cubeline Backup restores your contacts, call log, chats and media.
Cubeline03Can Egoras read my messages?
No. Messages are encrypted on your device and travel through CubeNet, an onion-routed network. The servers only store encrypted data they cannot open.
Privacy04Do I need a SIM card or a local number?
No. Your Cubeline is your number and it works over any internet connection, in any country, with no roaming. Calls and messages travel over CubeNet, the private onion network run by staked nodes on Cube Chain, not through a mobile carrier.
Privacy05What is Realia?
Realia are tokens on Egoras Exchange that are redeemable claims on real products and services. Each one is minted against goods in verified custody, and burning it releases the real thing.
